Cancellation Policy
These policies help me create the best experience for you and myself every single time. BOOKING + DEPOSITS • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service. • You may reschedule once (within 24–48 hours of your appointment), and your deposit will transfer to your new date. If you need to reschedule again: • A new deposit will be required to hold the appointment. CANCELLATIONS Life happens — I completely understand. All I ask is: • Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment whenever possible. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. • No-call / no-shows will lose their deposit and may be prevented from booking again. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client. RUNNING LATE There is a 15-minute grace period just in case you’re running behind. After 15 minutes: • The appointment will be canceled so I don’t run over into the next client’s time. • The deposit will be forfeited. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE To get the best, smoothest glam: • Please come with a clean, makeup-free face. • Your brow upkeep does influence your final look — clean/shaped brows always blend beautifully. • If you don’t upkeep your brows regularly, no worries; I’ll work with your natural shape. DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT I want you to LOVE your look. If anything feels “not quite right,” please tell me in the moment — I’m always happy to adjust! This is your beauty time, so your comfort matters to me. PHOTOS + CONTENT You’ll have the option in your client form to approve or decline content. I only post with your consent — always. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE • You can reschedule one time as long as it’s done 24–48 hours before. • After that, your deposit won’t transfer, and the remaining balance will be required to rebook. IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE In the rare case something comes up on my end: • Your deposit will stay active for the new date. • If you prefer not to reschedule, your deposit will be refunded.
